Final Inspection
For the third and final assessment, a final inspection
expert carefully examines every boat from bow to stern. Every engine is checked for the integrity of the engine installation as well as ancillary items like power trim, pumps, electrical wiring, and shift and throttle gauges. Each fuel tank is vacuum tested for leaks. Then every boat is on-water tested on Lake Crownline before it ever leaves our facility. And every boat is then subjected to a final quality boat checklist. The agent inspecting the unit must personally sign off on the final condition of the boat before it leaves the plant.
Before loading for transport, the engines are winterized and the boats are prepared for shrinkwrapping by receiving the preliner along the windshields and gunnel to avoid chafing from shrinkwrap.
