Final Assembly

Installing seat

The boat is now ready for final assembly.

Carpeting is 28 ounce marine grade with rubber backing to aid in the evaporation of water. Carpeting is installed in one piece to avoid the separation of seams.

Installing canvas

All liner carpeting is easily removable, mold and mildew resistant, stain resistant, and fade resistant, providing 3,000 hour UV stability.

Bucket seat or sleeper seat bases are set, and interior custom-fitted side panels are installed.

Installing windshield

If the boat is a Bowrider, cockpit seating is set and installed, and forward bow area cushions are placed.

If it is a Cuddy or Cruiser, cabin interiors, galley areas, forward cabins and aft cabins are outfitted.

Windshields are set and installed. Stainless steel canvas snaps embossed with the Crownline logo and the bow and cockpit canvas are installed.

At this point, the deck and hull of each boat receive their second inspection. The finished interior is inspected as well.
